My niche market is working with divorcing clients. I am a practicing member in King County Collaborative Law. Almost all divorcing couples need to face the issue of repayment of debts and financing a mortgage and I understand the sensitive nature of this process. I am passionate in helping implement a plan that helps create a two household family so that the impact of divorce is minimized. This niche has provided me with experience that translates and hones my skills for all mortgage transactions. Escrow, title, and vesting are components that rarely get much attention from the loan officer but are critical pieces of the loan package.

I was raised in the Midwest and attended Marquette University. Shortly after graduation I moved to the Pacific Northwest (pre .com) where I have lived for nearly 20 years. I took a 4 year break and sailed a boat around the world with my wife before returning where I now continue my mortgage profession, renovate and build homes as a hobby. I have a wonderful family with two small boys and look forward to teaching them to snow ski, golf, enjoy our great outdoors, and cook.
